2017-2018 Lottery Application Process

Lottery Applications for Heritage Flex will be accepted for the 2017/2018 school year beginning Wednesday, October 12, 2016 through Wednesday, March 8, 2017 for all grade levels, Kindergarten‐Eighth. All applications are submitted online and a link will be provided on our website on Wednesday, October 12, 2016. All accompanying paperwork must be submitted to the Heritage Flex main office by 3:30 p.m. on Friday, March 10, 2017. The lottery will take place on Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. The lottery will take place in Escondido Charter High School library. Applicants are not required to attend and will be notified by mail of his/her student’s lottery number.

● Kindergarten students must turn five years of age on or before September 1, 2017 to be included in the 2017/2018 school year lottery.
Note: Kindergarten applicants must provide a birth certificate and two (2) proofs of residency.

All applicants who live in Escondido must bring two proofs of residency.
